Leslie Englander has more than 30 years of experience in retail sales and customer service. It started in 1978 with the management of her mother’s clothing store, Jodi’s. In 1985, Leslie moved to the corporate retail world as a manager with The Limited, Inc. After 4 years of 60 hour work weeks, working almost every weekend and her daughter, Ashton turning one, she decided that smaller was better. Owner of Pretty Paper, Rhona Blank, hired Leslie as store manager and her love of paper began. In 1995, her dream of owning her own store became a reality with the purchase of Party Plus. Leslie’s artistic ability, eye for color and design and the desire to build a close relationship with each and every customer enables her to create the perfect invitation for any occasion.

Rebecca Cox began a corporate career with a Fortune 500 company. She started as an Assistant in Human Resources and worked her way up to Relocation Director.  After the company closed its location in Richmond, Rebecca wanted a change of pace.  The skills she acquired from her human resource and relocation management experience made for a welcome transition into retail. Leslie hired Rebecca as a sales associate and she eventually became a partner in the business. She enjoys working one on one with the customer as well as using her computer skills to create and print unique products.
